I probably oversalted this a little I should have went with around 1.5 tablespoons of salt, I put in two instead.
Simple recipe: Using a knife, chop up a cabbage. wash it in a colander, transfer to half to bowl, put on a tablespoon of salt, mix and knead a very little bit. Repeat with other half of cabbage.
Shove the stuff into a 1 gallon heavy duty ziploc bag. Burp all the air out.
Clean up.
Repeat air burping after clean up
Write down this recipe.
Burp the air out again.
Go to get ready for super bowl.
