I always assume that Mike’s stuff is worth passing on, and today is no real exception.  Now you can be assured that I will gloss on this tomorrow, but now, without further adieu:

When it comes to human folly, nothing tops the effort of a nuclear scientist. A nuclear scientist applying his/her trade, is a virus – the worst virus created on earth it seems.

Nuclear science itself is human folly because it completely removes itself from the consequences that its discoveries have on mankind and the planet. The folly is that man has no power/ability to stop himself – to stop his scientific quest that is obviously aiming to destroy him. All man can do, is be amazed at his accomplishments.

Looking at the history of the human race, how obtuse does one have to be, to not guess that viruses would be used as a weapon? Yet, scientists go about their business in an efficient manner by completely disregarding this most obvious fact - all in a quest to extend the lives of individual humans.

What do you call a scientist who helps “discover” how to make a nuclear weapon, or a deadly virus, or chemical weapon?

A virus - in human form.

So, here is my message to the “good” scientists who are warning us about what might happen with viruses and labs:

Unless the point is that the shitshow of nuclear science itself needs to be shut down across the globe as soon as possible; then what is the fucking point? I am certain that no such thing will or can happen.

What difference does it make to me whether COVID-19 came from a lab? All that really matters, is that it easily could have come from a lab. What seems obvious, is that nuclear science itself is a shitshow that is going to end up killing millions of people – maybe even everybody if it is really good.

At the end of the day, the brilliant scientists are the ultimate dumb asses of the human race – and their science is the ultimate human folly. Fitness does not equal survival unless you abstract scientific folly from the universe – which today’s scientists do as a way of life.

The reality is that the contributions of their science, make the scientists a virus. The answer to the question of whether science is a worse penalty than any likely natural virus, is: yes.

The only way this is not true, is if the course of the human race makes an abrupt turn in a direction that results in humans getting along with each other in a manner that they never have throughout recorded history.

Of course, nothing will slow down science – this is the folly of the situation – man prides himself on becoming a stronger and stronger virus.

This Mother’s Day is a good time to remind everybody that the worst viruses on earth are not created in labs, they are created in the mothers of humans who become scientists.
