Listening to birds this morning.  Always a nice way to start the day.  Now I have to figure out what kinda bird makes me happy at six AM.  Gonna take some work, never heard this one before.  Course then, today was the day that I listened closely.  

Sat out in the sun for a couple hours yesterday.  Seventy degrees here in riot-town and a beautiful blue sky day.  I think that I finally moved off of wintertime pasty white to a darker shade.  

Back to work.  I am wondering if I should just gut it out, work hard at paying off the bills and just get the eff out as soon as I can.  Right now, having dropped the idea of saving leave for a big payout at the end (This plan had an expiration date of mid-December 2022) I just have to pay off the bills and then bail.   So my retirement date depends directly on the amount I can live on and throw the rest of the coin into finishing off the bills.

So today is getting back to the grind.  I am going to spend quite a bit of time this week divesting myself of tasks and becoming a short-timer in a serious way.  Also need to plan my next outing.
