Still Working

The trouble with writing about complicated subjects is that it takes a long time to work out the kinks of a problem and try to actually connect all the dots. 

What is happening in the world seems simple to me.  The rest of the world, absent the petting zoo that is Europe, is tired of US bullyboy tactics. 

Explaining the ins and outs of that to my own satisfaction and then trying to write down the explanation in a complete and organized manner isn't the easiest thing that I have ever tried to do.  I feel kinda like an undergrad again.  On other writing fronts, I seem to be making a bit of headway on my trashy fantasy novel.  >6,000 words and (fingers crossed) haven't hit a block yet.

So, I think that I will be working with my defined sit-down time for writing and try to split it up.  I want to spend at least an hour on the trashy novel and at least a half hour on the magnum opus.  Should be able to get something substantial posted once a week.  Think I'll try for next Friday though.
