Went and watched the Raiders lose yesterday.  Was hoping, but that didn't quite work out.  Spent a pleasant day with the younger et al.

Planning on just cruising these last two days of the year.  Things are slow, so the nurses are fighting and sowing hatred and discontent.  Kinda reminds me why Sergeants always keep the troops too busy to notice they are bored.

So, as I am working through the process of coming up with my predictions, I am finding that most of my questions to the magic eight-ball come up with "reply hazy, ask again later". 

I guess this is a prediction in and of itself, but I think that while we are getting ready to finally have to deal with some of the issues involved, we will need to let it stew for a while longer.  I might be completely wrong, but here in the good old USA, the sissy-boy slap fest that passes for the election process will play a major role in the way shit goes down.
