Since tonight is a good football game, I have put a homebrew in the fridge and have started the process toward Pizza. I can't afford pizzeria pizza, even cheap shit like Domino's runs you twenty bucks, so my $5.00 pizza which costs me some time is my path to contentment.
But I have started pondering the nature of "Pizza". What I want out of the concept of pizza is something that you can hold with your hand and that tastes good. The ongoing fatuous discussion of what constitutes a "good" pizza is funny to me. I look at the adherents of one camp or another as merely silly.
Can you hold it in your hand and munch tastiness while watching football? Is it flavorful and cheesy with bread attached. Is garlic and onion and tomato incorporated.
That is all I need.
