Monday morn an I just ain't into this today.

Fortunately, Michael, in obvious sensitivity to my needs sent me yet another installment of his take on things.

Liberty and the American Piehole

 

The human body has two openings that are subject to law. In all states, the ahole is required to be covered in public; but the situation with the piehole is more complicated due to patriotic resistance. Patriots argue that a nation with more than one hole covering law, is not a free nation.

 

To remain a free nation in the eyes of its patriots, America needs to decide which covering to require. The question is whether normal Americans want to deal with the pieholes or the aholes of the nation’s patriots. According to polls, most Americans prefer neither, but most Americans know enough history to understand that liberty does not come cheap.

 

If the nation should choose to have the existing law stand as is, the result might be a civil war. The safer option is therefore to have the law changed to require a piehole covering. With the safer plan, life can go on in America with its patriots having the freedom they had before, and its normal citizens having only to see what they thought before.
