What a Field Day for the Heat

 

Getting out to do a wander today:  Walk over and look at gym at the base of the tram, get over to RH.'s place for RJH's hitting the road shindig.  Will pack up the laptop and the first experimental cut of the 2-year "Rumsky" for sampling and approval. 

Wandered over to the Goose hollow in for a sandwich and a beer.  Air conditioning blowing on me and chilling me to the bone.  PBR is a sweaty glass on my left next to the cane.  Getting some mileage in for walkies today.  The are some seedy-ass parts of the Rose City.  Walked through a lot of them today just exploring. 

The elder sibling called and gave me some grief today about my lack of communication.  Then, after forgiving me launched into an extended diatribe on #1 Son.  She seemed to find it hard that he chose to go full-on Boojie after she spent his formative years sneering at the proles.  Sigh.

Today's Screed

White Nationalist Supremacists are fucking scum.  I have raged against ANTIFA because of their antics, but if they do manage to beat the shit out of a couple of these fuckers I will buy them a beer, though I won't listen to their politics.  

Look, all of this is an ongoing part of dissolution.  These gangs (these aren't "movements",these are gangs), both left and right, are simply the cut of the same cloth of the Republican Roman Gangs that C. Clodius Pulcher led and more like the Sturmabteilung of the thirties.

It seems to me that the use of political violence (terror) is anathema for everything that this country stands for.    I am completely content with the idea of the FBI stomping the living shit out of any group that attempts the use of violence to repress or advance a political agenda.
