Comprehension

Today's title was chosen yesterday as kind of a placeholder for the "purty picture" that I chose yesterday for the top of the blog.  BTW WikiArt is a treasure trove.  I really feel my life is oddly improved by going there every day to choose a "purty picture".  Now, if you are looking for symbolism in the pictures that I choose, then you really have a misconception regarding my "depth".  The pictures don't convey anything regarding the meaning of the screed produced that day, they just happen to be the ones that catch my eye that day.

Anyway, back to the inchoate ramble:   Now, I am making the assumption here that everyone has noticed the list of I Ching hexagrams running down the side of this little vanity, since we are also bringing the background going into the blog, I also put down the hexagram (Using the question: "what is the plan for the day") that I threw that morning (coins method, I really don't like doing the sticks) as the tag for the day for that day.

OK:  that part works OK.  Cruising along further, I have been using the I Ching casts to guide my reading of Lao Tzu.  Great.  But this morning I noticed that I have been screwing up the reading of Lao Tzu by not being careful.  Since I am trying to generate a personalized concordance of Lao Tzu/I Ching and have now a passel of .ODT documents with wrong associated Chapters of Lao Tzu.

So, now I will get the simple pleasure of going back and revising documents to make them correct.  It isn't a bad task, and I am kinda looking forward to getting on with it, but it is kind of irritating.

So, I can actually see at a glance any trends over time
