Thrift is a hard thing to get used to. It gets easier when you get older and you know that you really aren't missing anything. Right now I am just lying low and paying down debt. I have enough to live and to work and to play a small amount. Money is being saved in a system that will last as long as the government does. If the government doesn't last, I have bigger problems than that.

It really doesn't take that much to amuse me anymore. The running around because I was bored and needed stimulation thing is gone. A lot of money saved right there. Books are cheap, I make my own booze and intoxicants. Overall, life is pretty settled.
