The value of disbelief
Apr. 21st, 2026 10:08 am Long time ago, I tried to read a Fantasy Novel by Stephen Donaldson "The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever". I have to be impressed, the guy choked ten novels out of characters that I didn't like at all.
But I was always enthralled by the word "unbeliever" and it's neighbor "disbelief".

Unbelief: lack of religious belief; an absence of faith.
Disbelief: inability or refusal to accept that something is true or real.
