Working on the eating low on the food chain thing.  I have yet come to grips where pizza is on the food chain, but I don't think that I will ever give it up. 

I do need to work on soups and stews this time of year.  Warm is good in the evening.  I need to spend the weekend finding winter gear and getting ready, it is November tomorrow.  Yak-Tracks and gloves start looking important.  As I stated earlier, winters in Portlandia are mild, but occasionally some nasty passed through to remind us of the winter.

I am having trouble finding anything of interest to write about at the moment.  I get the impression that lots of stuff is happening in the matrix, but I don't have access to any of the real information.  I am getting kinda nervous.
